Cost of this event is $18 Mug Club, $20 all others, which includes limited appetizers, beer samples with their respective pairings.
Theme: Michigan Beer vs. Michigan Wine
Michigan Beer (vs) Michigan Wine, paired with Michigan Cheese. We currently have Gruyere and Sharp Cheddar from Michigan State University, Manchester and Smoked Fresh Mozzarella from Zingerman's in Ann Arbor. I am still looking for 2 more cheeses from Traffic Jam & Snug in Detroit. Beers and wines have not been selected yet. Space is limited to the first 100. Please call for reservations.
We will have beer from 51 North, Riverside Brewing & Redwood.
